Travis started racing at 3yrs old on 4 wheelers. At age 5 he started racing Quarter Midgets at tracks up and down the west coast. He then moved up to Mini Sprints at the age of 13 in the 250 Jr. division, then in other divisions until age 16. At the age of 16 Travis started running in the 360 class at Skagit Speedway in the John Carroll #36 Memorial Sprinter. In 2000 Travis raced the Jacobson family owned 360 Sprinter, then in 2001 he raced in the 410 division driving Tom Waggoner's #15 in three races. |
